I’m Meghan and I’m an acupuncturist, herbalist, holistic health coach, pain management specialist, yoga teacher, and nutrition and fitness enthusiast. That’s a lot of ‘ists.’ More importantly than those ‘ists,’ I’m a student of life and have an unrelenting curiosity for all things health and wellness. Throughout my years of both formal education and simply (sometimes awkwardly) meandering through life, I’ve learned a lot about what it means to seek, optimize, and maintain a seemingly elusive state of health – and by extension, happiness.
